SMSF software provider Class has announced two new product features, including a suite of application programming interfaces (APIs) to enhance “security, usability and connectivity”.

According to Class, the new APIs enable industry partners and end-users to build software solutions, automate data entry, pre-populate workpapers and build other time-saving tools.

Kevin Bungard, Class CEO and executive director, said the software provider is committed to providing the best platform for end-users to administer SMSFs easily and efficiently.

“We watched our partners build a level of technology integration into our offering over the years and the momentum for this was only continuing," Mr Bungard said.

"However, with all things Class we want to set the benchmark for integration and the release of this suite of Class APIs allows us to further enhance the Class experience," he said

Rich Neal, CEO of Auditflow, said his firm has already had the chance to work with the new APIs as part of a pilot program and has been very impressed by Class’ innovation.

“We were really pleased to be involved in the early access program for the Class APIs," he said. "The Auditflow focus has always been to support the audit process, providing everything for our clients.

"This suite of APIs supports this and greatly contributes to our path for faster and more efficient audits. We are really excited about what the future will bring.”

Class has also developed ‘Login with Class’, a single sign-on facility that provides a more user-friendly and secure access process for integrated solutions. The feature allows simple, direct authentication of the end-user, enabling greater security across different applications, as well as a faster log-in process.
